Overview
Accessed via the Dinosaur Gallery, right next to the glass housing of the iguanodons, the white and bright VIP Room is the ideal space for workshops, presentations, smaller or larger meetings and is also used as our standard space for coffee breaks and lunches during conferences or seminars. The VIP Room is available at any time, during and after opening hours of the museum, allowing you to use it for day time receptions as well as evening events. The VIP Room is suitable for up to 150 people for a coffee break, lunch or reception, 120 for a seated presentation or up to 80 for a seated event with tables (arranged like a classroom). Your guests might want to see more of the Dinosaur Gallery when they are en route to the VIP Room, contact us if you would like to arrange a dinosaur visit as part of your booking.
