The Cow Palace is an indoor arena and multi-use event and exposition center, and home of the annual Grand National Livestock Expo, Horse Show and Rodeo. The venue has a rich history hosting world class concerts from The Beatles to the Rolling Stones; and notable sporting events including The San Francisco Warriors first NBA championship win in 1975. They are also known for popular conventions like the Golden Gate Kennel Club Dog Show, Tri-Star,HempCon and the Crossroads of the West Gun Show, and have hosted a variety of entertainment from Cirque Du Soleil to the annual Dickens Christmas Fair. Built in 1941 as the 1-A District Agricultural Association, this iconic Bay Area landmark is located on the border of Daly City and San Francisco with a mission to promote the agriculture industries and serve as a gathering place for the surrounding Community.
