Ramón María del Valle-Inclán and his company El cántaro roto performed their first work at the Fernando de Rojas. However, the current name of the room dates from 1984, the year in which it housed a cycle dedicated to La Celestina. Since then, this space has hosted theater premieres, concerts, chamber operas and a long series of shows of all kinds. The seating area and the two amphitheaters offer an approximate capacity of five hundred seats.
