Overview
Silence, scents and the reflection of the sea on the horizon: our guests can enjoy the vegetable garden in an exclusive way. The vegetable garden is that space protected from the wind and from prying eyes which has always been the hortus conclusus of the convent. Many of the products we use in the dishes come from our vegetable garden: you can ask to visit it to walk among aromatic herbs, medicinal plants, flowers and scents of the Mediterranean that change with the seasons.
