2 Whitehall Court Greater London, England SW1A 2EJ
Seated: 20

During both World Wars, One Whitehall Place was used as a headquarters by the Intelligence Service. According to local legend, a passage once ran from The Cellar under Horse Guards Avenue to the Ministry of Defence, a little further along Whitehall. What’s certainly true is that the foundation stone for the original building, laid by the then Prime Minister, William Gladstone, can still be seen here. Perfect for intimate parties, product launches, and small events, The Cellar can accommodate up to 40 people and for private dining up to 20 people.
