Restaurant Bella by Eyal Shani

Eyal Shani, a native of Jerusalem and a leading figure in the current Israeli culinary scene, has opened many restaurants around the world. He has designed the menu for Restaurant Bella in Cannes, dedicated to plants and local produce. The lunch menu, deliberately short, is made up of great classics of Mediterranean cuisine worked in all simplicity. In the evening, the menu expands with the omnipresence of vegetables unearthed from small producers in the area and dishes to share.
