Set amid lush indigenous gardens, the new custom-built restaurant is a striking space of mirrored walls and picture windows allowing natural light and panoramic views to wash in. With the imposing Twelve Apostles mountain range as the backdrop, the 32-seater room, boasting sea, mountain and sunset views, is open to the public for private functions and special events, as well as being used for Master Classes and cooking demonstrations.
