Grand Salon

The Grand Salon is the preferred venue for events of scale. It takes you into a timeless universe, to give your events a unique character. It opens onto the Gardens, which multiplies the possibilities of reception during all year. Both confidential during the day and festive at night, the place goes beyond labels. Halfway between the dazzling American Dorothy Draper style and the rigor of the seventies, the references are precisely dosed, in a game of masculine-feminine contrasts, outline-ornament. The kitchen is left in the hands of our Chef David Ferreira (ex-Perruche), a Portuguese who cannot betray his sunny origins through an ore sincere and generous. His know-how, his love for the land as well as for the sea and his stubbornness in finding the right product and in the right season allow us to respond to many types of requests for culinary services.
