Prado
The Prado at Balboa Park offers more than 22,00 square feet of unique indoor and outdoor space including lush gardens, romantic terraces and an elegant Grand Ballroom.
The Prado at Balboa Park is a National Landmark. Originally built in 1915, the House of Hospitality Building was part of the Panama-California Exposition, a 2-year exhibition in Balboa Park celebrating the opening of the Panama Canal. The building’s architecture, artwork and fountains showcase Spanish, Moorish and Mexican design elements, including hand-painted, wooden stencil designs on doors, ceilings and beams.
