Full Buyout of Starland Yard

All buyouts, in addition to food and beverage equal to or greater than the minimum, Can include private access to the entire Yard, full staffing, security, and a rain plan (weather permitting and up to the discretion of Starland Yard management). The rain plan includes a 20x30 8’ tent covering the turf with parameter lighting, professional set-up, and breakdown. Rain plan options, such as walkway extensions and additional lighting may be available for a separate fee. ​ Only when a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total expected billing and a signed agreement is received is a reservation confirmed.
