Events held at Pinch Kitchen & Bar are Wonderful. Chef John Gallo will craft a custom food menu for your event that can be paired with our boutique wine selection, including organic wine, as well as our craft beer or our craft cocktails. We provide guests top-quality handcrafted food dishes starting with pure ingredients and fresh farm to fork produce. Our food is crafted from scratch and made to order with passion. All our pasta, focaccia bread, and desserts are all made in-house from scratch. “Our goal is to provide you and your guest’s delicious food, outstanding spirits and great service for a wonderful dining experience” Chef John Gallo. We can accommodate up to 20 guests in our private dining room, as well as accommodate larger parties in the general restaurant area. We are now accepting private event reservations for party celebrations as well as for lunch or dinner events. Chef/Owner John Gallo continues to use his imagination to create dishes to invite you, delight you, and leave a lasting impression with their new American freestyle cuisine. It is a casual and approachable method that encompasses many of the different culinary techniques. They offer a freestyle menu that combines various cuisines with tapas flavors. Our motto is "small bites, big impact" and it isn't taken lightly.
