Surrounded by lush green grounds, the Cool Springs House accommodates up to 150 guests outside making it the ideal location for your next social event. Greet your guests on our charming front porch, and then head out back for your festivities, whatever they may be. The outside of the house is perfect for larger parties, while still allowing access to the inside. Client’s may also choose to tent the outside areas in the event of rain, or a need for shade.
