The Lookout lounge and deck is a contemporary space offering a sleek interior lounge that transitions into a modern roof deck overlooking Seattle. Modern interior lounge at 1,300 square feet and adjacent deck at 1,500 square feet with comfortable seating and stunning views. Room rental fee and food and beverage minimums are required for private bookings. Accommodates up to 80 guests for an indoor reception with access to outdoor deck, weather permitting. Seated meals are not currently available.
