About
We operate a brand new 5,800 square foot space located on the 8th floor of “River Landing Shops” in Miami. With an open format layout, it allows us to occupy up to 300+ standing guests. Our space includes ADA-compliant restrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a skyline view of downtown Miami while overlooking the Miami River. We have developed a team of caterers, event staff, furniture renters, and planners to assist, if needed, with creating a successful event.

Noise Restrictions
All activities of the event must stay inside until after 9pm. Hard stop on outside noise at 12am; hard stop on event at 2am.
Cancellations
In the event of cancelation by the client, the following liquidated damages are: More than 270 days prior to event date, 20% of total agreed amount | 270-181 days prior, 30% of total agreed amount | 180- 151 days prior, 50% of total agreed amount | 150-91 days prior, 75% of total agreed amount | inside 90 days prior, 100% of total agreed amount.

Overnight storage comes with additional fees.
Cleaning and Trash Removal
Required cleaning fees are added to all contracts.
Permits and Insurance
All vendors must provide a copy of a current COI and liquor license if serving alcohol.
