Absolutely no sale of alcohol. Outside catering is allowed for food.
Technology
House Sound System and Lighting are included in the rental. Additional lighting could be provided based on the rentee's choice and expense.
Health & Safety
Staff is vaccinated against COVID-19
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space. Supply a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Transportation
Metered and free street parking available.
Furniture
Serving tables, food trays, ice cooler, and bar section.
Cancellations
Guests may cancel their booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
Load In
Bookings must add 1 hr set up time and 1 hr break downtime.
Storage
One storage room is located on the premises but must be cleared upon ending of the event.
Cleaning and Trash Removal
The rentee must clean and leave space in the state it came in upon rental. We can provide cleaning services for an additional $200.00
Permits and Insurance
Both are needed.
