In the wake of COVID-19, we have focused on creating safe work environments for our clients and our team. In doing so, we’ve ensured that all spaces we offer are well ventilated and we have adjusted our procedures to follow both CDC and local government regulations. All our Cleaning Team and Casa Managers (our pro on-site reps) are vaccinated. They will arrive 90 minutes before you check in to disinfect all areas, surfaces and ventilate the space. All cleaning products are certified. We require all event attendees to provide proof of vaccination. We can offer video tours to minimize the need for scouting locations in person and we are also providing additional sanitation measures before and after every reservation.
The space has an extensive variety of props and furniture. We suggest planning for a 30-minute window to load in and another 30-minute window to load out. If you anticipate longer load-in and load-out times, please communicate these timeframes with our Operations team. Note: this time has to be within your confirmed reservation times. Casa Managers will be in charge of coordinating your load-in and load-out.
Upon arrival, the space will be prepped, spotless, and ready to use. The Casa Manager (on-site rep) will check you in and assist to load in/out your equipment, set up all the tech you need, and will be available (but out of your way) the entire time in case you need assistance. The Casa Manager will be in charge of getting rid of full trash and recycling bags, following our core proposal of being as sustainable as possible.
