Our semi-private, outdoor second-floor balcony wraps around our dining room in an L shape and features a floor to ceiling glass wall that lowers to become a railing at the push of a button. This area is not climate controlled and the open-air factor is dependent on the weather, This space can accommodate up to 40 guests and is available in a full or partial rental.
