The Regent Cocktail Club is available for private receptions for up to 150 guests, with both the Regent bar bites menu and full catering by Dolce Italian available. Our cocktail program is crafted in collaboration with Bar Lab, renowned Miami beverage experts, and the team behind the Broken Shaker, and is infused with fresh ingredients and premium spirits. For groups looking to get adventurous, custom signature cocktails are available for events, as well as our large format cocktails which are served in a variety of unique vessels such as copper pineapples and flamingos. Group mixology classes with Regent bartenders are available upon request, in both The Regent Cocktail Club and the Dolce Library.
