Collective Governors Island - A New York City Retreat

Full-service Catering is provided on-site. We can accommodate a catered brunch, lunch, reception, and dinner. Food and Beverage minimum expenditures are required and are based on date, length of reservation, food & beverage needs, estimated guest count, etc.

Collective Retreats has engaged experts from the healthcare and infectious disease prevention industry to develop new practices and cleaning measures. Increased frequency of housekeeping cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitation efforts will take place in all areas of the retreat. Engineered to be socially distanced by design, Collective Retreats provides an open-air layout with stand-alone rooms, removing the fear of recirculated air from HVAC systems or enclosed spaces like elevators and hallways. Guests are required to wear a mask or face covering when traveling to/from their accommodations and while in communal spaces at the retreat (mask or face covering may be removed while seated). As part of the dining experiences, tables will be spaced to meet social distancing requirements. Complimentary activities including wellness activities, campfire gatherings, and more will be spaced to meet social distancing requirements

Governors Island is only accessible via FERRY. * Once you get to Governors Island, it’s about a 10-minute walk (half a mile) from the ferry to the retreat, so wear comfortable footwear. Please check-in at the reception desk at Three Peaks to be directed to your tent.

Client may cancel Agreement without cause upon written notice to Collective at any time prior to the Event. Cancellation Fees and schedule listed below: 91 days or more prior to Arrival Date - 25% of total contract value  90-61 days prior to Arrival Date - 50% of total contract value  60-31 days prior to Arrival Date - 75% of total contract value  30 days or less prior to Arrival Date - 100% of total contract value 

Governors Island is only accessible via FERRY. MANHATTAN FERRIES RUN DAILY: 6:15 am – 11 pm (until Midnight on Fridays and Saturdays) LINK TO SCHEDULE. No outside food, beverage, alcohol, or cooking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the retreat due to health and safety guidelines. We ask that guests do not have an open flame outside of the wood-burning heater that is provided in the tents.
