Cancellations

User forfeits advanced payment deposit as required and paid in the event of any cancellation. Forfeiture of full rental fee occurs if User cancels less than 180 days prior to the event. Any violation of these policies and contractual terms will result in cancellation of agreement and forfeiture of total rental deposit.
