Stunning and whimsical, the Hill-Physick 18th century garden can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated dinner. The meandering path, draping greenery, and tranquil fish pond can make you forget your in the heart of Society Hill! For all seated parties over fifty 50 people and standing cocktail parties over 75 people we do require that a rain-hold is placed on a tent. The tenting reservation fee is separate from our mansion rental fee and is not included in our base rental costs. Tenting estimates can be obtained by contacting our exclusive tenting company, Ocean Tents.
