Overview
Stunning and whimsical, the Hill-Physick 18th century garden can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated dinner. For all seated parties over 40 people and standing cocktail parties over 75 people we do require that a rain-hold is placed on a tent. The tenting reservation fee is separate from our mansion rental fee and is not included in our base rental costs. Tenting estimates can be obtained by contacting our exclusive tenting company, Ocean Tents.
