Overview
The Prohibition Room is located on the third-floor of the Old Absinthe House and features an unparalleled overlook of Bourbon Street from a stunning wraparound balcony. The interior is opulent and bright with authentic turn-of-the-century French crystal chandeliers and original wooden fixtures. This space can accommodate up to 50 guests for a formal, seated affair and up to 80 guests for a cocktail-style reception. The Prohibition Room can be rented in tandem with the Parlour + Mezzanine Bar for larger gatherings of up to 150 guests for a standing reception. With the addition of garden-level cocktail lounge, Belle Époque, we can accommodate up to 200 guests.
