An authentic Venice Beach bungalow lovingly restored to capture the spirit of Venice. Walk past the roaring cast iron fireplace on the patio & go up the stairs to enter what LA Magazine called a “Best of LA” Party Space. Our original 1900’s Venice Beach Bungalow features wood paneling, paintings by local artists, hardwood floors, bay windows that open onto the patio, ceiling fans, exposed wood beams; all working together to create a warm, casual Venice vibe. A cozy venue for afternoon showers or rehearsal dinners. The private bar and view of the patio make it “the” VIP venue for celebrities, birthdays and cocktail parties or cool company retreats & get-togethers. Behind the 1900’s vibe are modern features such as state of the art sound system, 2 televisions with video hook-ups that makes the Clubhouse a great spot for business presentations and events, Wi-Fi, heating & air conditioning plus two private marble bathrooms are all part of a historic space with modern conveniences.
