Does anyone have a recommendation for a bakery/business that does custom cookies in NYC? I've heard of and tried Funny Face but they are out of our budget. Haven't tried other places so wanted to vet options with this group!

My team is trying to recreate a New Jersey boardwalk vibe for a few of our events this year. We're looking to have a custom spin wheel created, similar to the image below. It needs to be made of wood so that it looks like the real deal. I've contacted Spinning Designs for a quote but am wondering if anyone else here has someone they can recommend. OR if you know where I could buy actual vintage wheels, we'd be up for that too. We have a pretty decent budget for it.
