For over fifteen years, Terri Wahl and her chefs at Spotted Hen Catering have been dedicated to bringing our clients only the best in local, sustainable, seasonal produce and ingredients. Sourcing from local farms and farmers markets, and with an in house bakery for all our baked goods and sweets, our menus are tailored both to our clients and the seasons, ensuring our kitchen makes only the best, freshest fare available.
We are committed to hiring and representing people from all walks of life. We live and love in Los Angeles, one of the most diverse cities in the world, and we want to make sure we do our part to lift up all wonderful humans in our world, equally and fairly. We are a woman owned and led company, and we believe that everyone deserves a chance to live their best life. Our crew is our family, and our food is our love language.
We take health and safety VERY seriously. Our servers and chefs are all Safe Serv certified, and we regularly review health and safety standards for cooking and serving food. We are on the preferred lists at many venues and locations in our area because we are known for our attention to detail, safe food handling, and generally amazing work ethic. Most recently, we've implemented advanced COVID safety measures, including regular temperature checks, increased hand washing, social distancing, reviewing proper food handling protocols, and providing PPE for all our workers.
We cook seasonally, and source our meat and produce from local sources only. We shop farmer's markets for all of our weddings and events, so our clients get the best of the best in produce and meats, and we help give back to our community by raising up our small farmers, who we love so much.
