From corporate events to music festivals, we have solutions to transform your ambitious vision into reality. We offer design, production management, audio, lighting, video, backline, rooftops, crowd control, and staging to ensure your event runs smoothly so you can enjoy your big moment stress-free. Over 40 years ago, Vickie and Charles Belcher started their business by serving artists with the latest in backline equipment rentals. In 1978, Onstage Systems was born in a small warehouse in Dallas. Vickie and Charles Belcher spent the next two decades touring the country with the biggest names in music, planting their roots deep in the live music industry. Having grown up in the family business, Hyacinth and Chris Belcher had a natural passion for music and inherited their parent’s love for event production. At 19-years-old, Hyacinth began her journey as part-time call-steward and eventually advanced to lighting design for music icons like Willie Nelson and Bette Midler. Meanwhile, her brother Chris Belcher honed his craft in stage design and roofing, adding a critical component to the family’s growing business. Armed with decades of experience both inside and outside the family business, Hyacinth and Chris became masters of event production and eventually took over the family business in 2004. Building off the Belcher family legacy, Hyacinth and Chris grew their parent’s humble backline production business into a leading full-service event production company.

Event production isn’t just our specialty, it’s in our DNA. From our executives to our technicians, everyone at Onstage Systems lives and breathes event production. Some of us are musicians ourselves, and others are tech nerds with a passion for innovative solutions. We come from all over the world and our stories are as diverse as our clients, yet we all share the same objective in mind: the show must go on! Since 1978, Onstage Systems has always had a family-oriented culture. In our office, everyone’s family. Kindness and compassion aren’t just our company values, they also represent how we treat each other and our clients. Our grit and hard work is unmatched, but our willingness to come together and relax is what makes us a family. Every week we have yoga sessions in the warehouse, our annual lake day is a big hit, and we enjoy our Christmas and Thanksgiving parties because they give us a chance to unwind and show our appreciation for each other.
