Stage Trip is a full-service A/V production provider specializing in creating uniquely customized and highly effective environments for corporate and non-profit events primarily through the skilled combination of conventional lighting and state-of-the-art video projection mapping, supplemented with additional atmospheric techniques and multi-dimensional experiences where appropriate. We are most convenient to NY, NJ and Eastern PA but have been called upon all over the country from FL to CA by clients such as American Express, Porsche, Karma, Lexus, Jaguar, Yamaha, Monster, Party Rental, the Society For Hospitality & Foodservice Management (SHFM), The MS Foundation, The Jerry Garcia Foundation, the World Funding Summit, the WB Ingalls Prostate Cancer Symposium and many more; and we have performed our services in venues large and small -- from the LA Convention Center to a winery in Sonoma, from Florida Atlantic University in Boca to the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale Ballroom, from Sony Playstation Theater and the NY Public Library in Manhattan to a synagogue in Scarsdale. Stage Trip's creativity largely centers around its unique and proprietary capabilities in the emerging field of presentation science known as "digital video projection mapping". With this technology, any surface is a stage, any item is a screen, any content is enhanced by the object it is projected upon and any plain venue environment is transformed into a truly immersive and magical experience.

Our staff remains completely vaccinated and tested at all times and is entirely safe for any event attendees to occupy a reasonably sizeable event space with. As a vendor among many that may be involved in an event, we do not have the ability to dictate event rules; but we presume that all attendees of an event such as this will be required to be protected and/or otherwise proven to be a negative risk.
