Creative Technology provides cutting edge event production and staging services to a diverse clientele in the association, corporate, live event, broadcast and entertainment industries. Health and Safety, Ethics, and the Environment are important to Creative Technology, and we have policies in these three areas. Our Health and Safety policy is centered on OSHA rules and guidelines to promote individual responsibility for their own safety as well as those around them. Violence and harassment policies are also comprehensive and strictly enforced. Our Ethics policy emphasizes the integrity of all employees and contractors and the desire for them to find their work rewarding, challenging, and productive. Our environmental policy is centered on the recommendations and guidelines contained in the ISO 14001 set of standards. At the corporate level, CT has formed an action plan and global framework to implement environmentally friendly initiatives across CT facilities globally. This framework is built upon our corporate environmental goals to: • Understand where each CT division stands today • Set standards and programs for global improvement • Recommend areas of further investigation/evaluation for regional adoption (where applicable) • Investigate and strive to improve our programs, with each division measuring and reporting on their local environmental priorities, initiatives and progress.
