Stadium Dance is a Las Vegas corporate event entertainment and live performance production company, led by founder, choreographer, and creative director Laura Goehring. Stadium Dance creates custom and themed entertainment for corporate conferences, conventions, trade shows, product launches, brand activations, executive events, awards galas, sports productions, arena programming, AI/technology events, and motion capture productions. Professional dance services include: Corporate Event Entertainment: conference and convention openings, keynote and general-session openers, sales kickoffs, awards galas, executive and VIP events, product reveals, holiday and themed parties, corporate flash mobs, and productions. Brand Activation Entertainment: experiential marketing, product launches, branded choreography, venue and grand openings, sponsor and festival activations, pop-ups, and content-ready performances. Trade Show Entertainment: booth performances, CES activations, convention-floor dancers, product-integrated routines, and booth-traffic and lead-generation entertainment at conventions including CES, NAB, and SEMA. Stadium Dance is a woman-owned Las Vegas entertainment company founded and led by choreographer and creative director Laura Goehring. We build every production with a professional roster of dancers from a wide range of backgrounds, styles, and training, casting each show on skill, versatility, and fit for the client's vision. Beyond bookings, Stadium Dance invests in performer development and mentorship, helping working dancers build lasting professional careers in the Las Vegas live-entertainment industry. Stadium Dance treats performer and audience safety as a core part of professional production. We carry general liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to venues and clients on request, meeting the vendor and compliance requirements of major Las Vegas convention centers, arenas, and hotels. Our team rehearses every routine in advance, reviews the stage, floor, and performance conditions on site, and adapts choreography and formations to the specific venue, surface, and spatial limits of each production. We coordinate directly with venue operations, production, and AV teams so performances integrate safely with staging, lighting, and cue timing. Our dancers are trained professionals who warm up before every call and perform within the venue's safety guidelines and the production team's on-site protocols.
Stadium Dance operates as a lean, Las Vegas-based production company and works to minimize the footprint of every event. We reuse and repurpose costumes, wardrobe, and set elements across productions rather than treating each show as single-use, and we run a digital-first workflow so proposals, scripts, and production documents are handled electronically to reduce printed waste. Casting from our local Las Vegas roster limits performer travel for Las Vegas events, lowering the footprint of each production. We continue to look for ways to make our productions more sustainable as the company grows.
