Our staff come from all walks of life. Our team is Black, Hispanic, White, Asian, Straight, Gay, Trans. As a LGBT and Minority-owned business, we do everything we can to support our CEE family. Everyone is welcome. Being both LGBT and Minority-owned have greatly broadened our reach to communities that we may not have had access to before. We are able to connect more powerfully and more thoughtfully. The opportunities that have opened up to us because of our certification have pushed us to continue to grow and pursuit a more equitable and diverse workplace.

We started to implement new covid related rules/guidelines for our staff because we have partnered with Great Performances & the NYC Dept of Aging to provide staff to help package food & others to deliver said meals to the elderly in NYC as well as CSTM/Consortium to help produce PPE. We also partnered with doctors, therapists & psychologists who have been working closely with COVID to help guide us with best practices for our office & field staff.
