The event opened with a Bourbon Trail Welcome Dinner, where guests enjoyed tastings from three renowned distilleries and styled Derby hats at the Hatitudes booth. The excitement continued with the Starting Gate Product Demo Night, featuring hands-on product showcases. Attendees entered the ballroom through a life-sized Derby starting gate, creating an immersive experience. Meeting production ensured seamless content delivery, while a gaming component kept engagement high. The final night at the Kentucky Derby Museum was an unforgettable celebration. The official Derby bugler welcomed guests, followed by performances from a tap dance group and an electric strings trio. Guests enjoyed a "Make Your Own Old Fashioned" bar, a photo booth, and an elegant awards dinner with stunning rose-themed décor.
