Democratic National Convention 2024

Our team coordinated the hospitality, design, and security of the Think Big Headquarters suite at the United Center, hosted by Illinois Governor, JB Pritzker, during the 2024 DNC. MARKHAM also managed a 7,000+ guest list for the DNC after party concert featuring grammy-winning artist John Legend, hosted by Governor Pritzker. We organized the security, transportation, registration, and crowd management of thousands of guests, including VVIP, VIP, and GA. In addition, MARKHAM produced a rooftop cocktail reception for Governor Pritzker's private party at one of Chicago's top venues, a glass atrium overlooking Downtown Chicago. We handled the venue selection, floral deliveries, food and beverages, custom signage, and everything in between. Our team partnered with Everytown and Planned Parenthood to execute a panel and reception by scouting Chicago’s top venues, custom designing the layout and graphics of the space, and organizing catering and florals. Similarily, that week, we organized the Think Big America panel at the Chicago Cultural Center and the Thank you IL Kick Off Luncheon at IBEW.
