9/11 Memorial & Museum 5K Run/Walk

We worked with the 9/11 Memorial & Museum alongside production partner Productions New York to produce the organization’s 12th annual 5K Run/Walk in Lower Manhattan. Participants from across the globe gathered to honor the victims and heroes of 9/11 to ensure future generations never forget.⁠ The event kicked off with an opening ceremony near the starting line at Brookfield Place, followed by the race, which concluded next to the 9/11 Memorial. Following the 5K, participants enjoyed various activities, live music, and food trucks outside the Oculus. Our team provided production, permitting, logistics, AV support, printing/signage, and advised on scheduling and labor.
