Chef Russell and his team were hired to cook an last minute birthday dinner. The EH team reserved the recently opened Nursery at Public Records. The dinner highlighted peak summer produce and balanced aesthetically outside amongst the selection of cacti in the nursery setting. We cooked the meal on open fire, live, for guests to enjoy.
