An intimate funraiser dinner for Oko Farms [Brooklyn] at Chef Russell’s private loft in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. As the only outdoor aquaponic farm in the city, we centered the evening’s meal around their mirror carp - an integral part of the sustainability of the farm.
[Services Provided] Menu development, produce sourcing, team, execution and loft rental.
[Size & Style] 30 guests. Five-course dinner + dessert. Plated and family-style courses.
