Storefront Gala

In partnership with Chef Elena Reygadas - we oversaw the US food operations, logistics, sourcing, staffing, and execution for 41st Storefront Gala in downtown Manhattan. All ingredients were intentionally sourced from farms within 100 miles of the gala to support the local agricultural economy and ensure the freshest, seasonal ingredients.
