THE ASK
Looking to activate around March Madness, Uber Eats asked us to help spread some gladness by giving out basketballs with QR codes that offered different tiers of Uber Cash prizes.
OUR APPROACH
We identified popular basketball courts frequented by college students, and dates during the tournament where we could generate excitement with the campaign. We also designed a Money Ball competition, with a higher-stakes prize opportunity that created a lot of excitement and buzz on the court.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
We gave out 200 balls across our 4 city activations (LA, San Diego, Austin & Houston), over 2,000 QR code scans and produced a piece of content that amplified the story to millions of viewers on social.
