In August 2024, BEG planed and produced a 14-day tour to promote Welch's new product line, Grape'ade. Kicking off at the end of August 2024, we hit three key markets for the client: Nashville, Atlanta, and Jacksonville. The tour will stopped at popular festivals and high-traffic urban areas, providing prime opportunities to engage directly with consumers. BEG's scope of work includes designing and fabricating a custom-branded shipping container, which featured an interactive game station and a dedicated area for product sampling. Additionally, we were responsible for scouting and securing optimal locations in each city, as well as hiring, training and managing a team of experienced brand ambassadors who will lead consumer interactions. Our team oversees all logistics and operational details to ensure a seamless tour experience. We sampled over 15,000 consumers throughout the campaign, creating memorable touchpoints that will drive awareness and trial of Welch's Grape'ade.
