CHALLENGE Jimmy John’s enjoys a cult-like following in many areas of the country, but Austin, TX was selected to be the location for its exclusive and memorable pop-up Valentine’s Day three-day activation because of its weather, demographic and local brand affinity. The catch? Plan, design and produce this ‘from-scratch’ high-end event in just four weeks. SOLUTION Partnering with Anomaly LA, RED VELVET developed a highly detailed plan and design for how to bring this exclusive dining experience to life for Austin’s most devoted Jimmy John’s fans and influencers. From the moment they set foot inside Chateau Jé Jé, guests were immersed into a high-end French Bistro-inspired experience, all brought to them by Jimmy John’s. Guests were invited to snap a pic at our “sandwich” wall. Waiters in bow ties and vests served the four course meal - complete with chips and cocktails - with flair and style. A jazz singer and accompanying trio kept guests entertained. Guests left full, happy and in love with Jimmy John’s. RESULTS In addition to sampling efforts, guests enjoyed the most elegant meal they could have ever expected from a sub sandwich shop.
