Still Austin Whiskey Co. elevated its profile in 2022 by signing on as the official whiskey sponsor of The University of Texas Athletics. Never had Still Austin approached an activation of this size and scale, so RED VELVET was brought on to co-create elevated branding opportunities.
The challenge deepened with some unpredictable elements – 7 different outdoor activations ranged from a blisteringly hot summer start to the season to a rainy and windy close in late fall. Thousands of guests entered the bespoke Still Austin Music Lounge at Longhorn City Limits…and no matter the outcome of the football game or the performer on stage at the concert, the assembled crowd had their “Horns Up,” a Bourbon Lemonade in hand and wide smiles on their faces.
