Lead Producer of the 2022 Coachella ALL ACCESS brand experience . Collaborated with our Experience Design, Creative, & Accounts team to produce the activation space for Card Members, their guests & prospects within our footprint positioned between 2 main stages. Managed vendors (structure build, A/V, fabrication, security, AEG exclusive partners etc), budget, creative deliverables, load in, install, 2 weekend live event programming, strike/inventory, load out, post production etc. Liaised with festival production teams as well as sponsor reps to ensure a successful installation and activation. This event included varying daily programming over the 3 day weekend. Programming included... - Friday: Artist Shop - Created a pop-up shop where Card Members could get access to exclusive merchandise for purchase from Billie Eilish and Conan Gray, while supplies last. - Saturday: Sweet Treat Happy Hours - Partnered with Food vendors on the grounds to create access to interesting dishes & snacks. - Sunday: Wellness - We hosted 3 partners offering wellness services to card members and prospects including, ear seeding, crystal as well as tarot & astrology readings.
