Launching the most significant new brand in the EV space into the global market is no small feat. With a deep understanding of the Lucid brand initiatives, business objectives, strategic vision, and demographic insights, MC² mapped and delivered three unique, user journey experiences across several landscapes.
Our customer journeys considered all of the senses—sight, touch, smell, and sound—wherever possible, as well as key touchpoints in converting skeptics into brand advocates and ambassadors. Each event followed a detailed script, making the product the “hero” of the story, but also catering specifically to each type of attendee. In all of our scenarios, we strategically set them in a relaxed, sophisticated environments, where they would experience the next generation of luxury electric.
