The Independent Planner Education Conference (IPEC) by Northstar Meetings is an annual event created for meeting planners, many of whom are independent or small businesses. I was the opening keynote speaker and my topic was related to my new book, The Chutzpah Advantage, and key behaviors for success during this particularly difficult period.
