JPW Golf Tournament and Gala Auction

GFS was contracted for the fourth year to assist with event management for the Joshua P. Williams Foundation’s Annual Golf Tournament and Gala Auction. The event included a celebrity golf tournament during the day and an auction gala in the evening. GFS worked with the JPW committee to put together the live auction and arrange the new dinner and program layout. GFS assisted with registration, check-in and check-out procedures and table seating to ensure a smooth transition for each golfer to the evening event and gala.
