RCF's Asian Hall of Fame Gala

The Asian Hall of Fame is the Robert Chinn Foundation’s premier event honoring Asian Americans. GFS Events was hired to coordinate everything from inception to completion. We worked with the National Advisory board to choose the honorees and managed all aspects of the event. The event was held at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle and was a red-carpet event complete with entertainment, a live auction, Raise the Paddle and honoree induction. GFS managed security and all transportation for honorees, procured all auction items, managed the logistics for the venue, and sourced the flowers and the alcohol for the event. We were in charge of every aspect of creating and producing one of the most successful Asian Hall of Fame Galas for the Robert Chinn Foundation with a record number raised for the event.
