Overview
From Cocoa Beantown
Curated a virtual chocolate tasting event for the Reischauer Institute of Japanese Studies at Harvard University. It truly enabled us to flex our creative muscle and utilize our chocolate expertise as well as incorporate knowledge from our own world travels exploring chocolate in different lands. Menu included both culinary flavor profile influences through unique inclusion bars, as well as comparative tastings on the unique aspects of Japanese maker perspectives compared to American. Included pieces of origami for each guest utilizing recycled chocolate bar wrappers.
