Overview
From Sparks Gallery
Gallery guests were invited for a special seated dinner inspired by impressionist painter Edgar Degas. The gallery incorporated early 20th century Parisian design themes with custom florals by Adorations Botanical Artistry. The use of typha grass, bleached eryngium, and clematis pods paired with cut crystal glassware (via Hostess Haven) created an elegant and polished look that was evocative of the florals painted by Degas. Guests feasted on MIHO’s absinthe oyster rockefeller, swordfish en papillote, and roasted duck breast (each accompanied by a complimentary wine pairing) while watching performances by dancers from the San Diego Ballet.
