MPI WEC19 Closing Party

We were invited to assist Tourism Toronto with one of their largest and most impactful conferences of 2019. MPI’s World Education Congress is the premier event for meeting and event professionals across the world. Through inspiring and innovative education, dynamic networking and countless business opportunities, this conference attracts the world’s most notable event planners and vendors. The 194 Group was asked to provide a multi-faceted entertainment and production plan across both indoor/ outdoor spaces, catering to 2500+ guests. Our production(s) featured a Toronto-centric choreographed dance routine of 30+ individuals to open up the conference, received by standing ovation. We provided a roster of DJ’s to seamlessly transition multiple events throughout, and closed it all off with a spectacular party at Rebel & Cabana Pool Bar, featuring a live Drag show, Caribbean Dancers, food stations reflective of Toronto’s neighbourhoods, a 12 piece funk and soul band, interactive photo experiences, complete audio-visual and backline management, harbour boat tours on the lake, many other ‘instagrammable’ moments across the event footprint, as well as several other unique experiences throughout.
