Hired as Floor Manager during move in, move out and show days for 4 consecutives years from 2015 through 2018 (show no longer being produced).
- Onsite operational and logistical support to Show Management
- Managed exhibitors’ requests, including problem solving and conflict resolution
- Ensured booths layout comply with the IAEE Exhibiting rules and regulations
- Liaison and relationship with facility and vendors such as decorator, electrical company, security company, registration company, food and beverage, AV Company, shipping companies and other suppliers.
- Provided staffing services to Show Management. Recruited, trained and supervised staff onsite.
- Handled miscellaneous related duties as assigned by the Client such as making bilingual English / Spanish PA announcements
- Prepared/submitted a post event report
- Ensured overall customer satisfaction and promoted excellent customer service throughout the show in a cost effective and timely manner
