US Open Tennis Virtual Meet & Greet 2020 - Spotting a celebrity at the US Open is a common occurrence that unfortunately, consumers would not be able to experience in 2020. This meet & greet experience was created for AmEx card members to not only not lose out on that possibility, but guarantee it & allow time for them to strike up a conversation in a virtual safe space. Role & Responsibilities: Producer/Stage Manager - Worked alongside the Director of Production in the coordination & execution of the virtual programming. Coordinated with Talent/Hosts to schedule tech check sessions prior to live virtual event. Stage Managed x1 Talent & x2 hosts/suites prior to & during artist interaction via comms. Managed production partner controlling the live event. Collaborated with Creative, Accounts & Integrated Production teams to ensure seamless x2 day event. Oversaw Associate Producer & Stage Manager's designated tasks. Programs Utilized: - Unity Comms - VMix - Virtual Tables
